Made to order

Every robe is made by hand and to order, just for you. Because of this, please allow a little more time than a regular online order.

Production time

Production usually takes about 2 weeks. Sometimes it can extend to 3 weeks because of production issues, material availability or high demand. We will always do our best to keep it to 2 weeks.

Delivery time

Once your robe is finished, checked and shipped, delivery takes about 6 to 9 days. In total, most orders arrive about 3 to 4 weeks after you place them. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door. Your order confirmation email is sent right after you pay.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days after shipping, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us at cozycrownsupport@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
